MICHAEL D. HEAD - Partner

Michael Head currently serves as the firm's managing partner.  In addition, Mr. Head leads the firm's Business Services Group and Insurance Defense Group.  Mr. Head has represented clients in trial courts throughout Indiana, as well as federal bankruptcy court in Indiana and federal district courts in both Indiana and Illinois.  Mr. Head has also successfully represented clients before both the Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals.  In his career, Mr. Head has handled a variety of legal matters ranging from employment litigation to estate planning, but now focuses his practice on business law, bankruptcy and litigation, including insurance defense.
