Michael Head is an experienced attorney.  He has represented clients in small claims courts, circuit courts and superior courts throughout Indiana.  In addition, Mr. Head has represented clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals, federal bankruptcy court in Indiana and federal district courts in both Indiana and Illinois.  In his career, Mr. Head has handled a variety of legal matters ranging from complex commercial litigation to estate planning, but now focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy and civil litigation.
