Jamie Geiger is a seasoned attorney with experience in all facets of litigation including trial.  He has drafted and argued motions in small claims court, circuit court, superior court and federal district court.  In his career, Mr. Geiger has represented clients in both civil and criminal matters, but now focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy and civil litigation.  Mr. Geiger also has experience litigating personal injury claims, trust beneficiary claims, multi-state class actions, landlord/tenant claims for individuals and companies, and Fair Credit Reporting Act cases.
