JAMES A. GEIGER - Partner
Jamie Geiger, recognized in the 2011 Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star" - one of Indiana's most outstanding young lawyers, is a seasoned attorney with experience in all facets of litigation including trial. He has drafted and argued motions in small claims court, circuit court, superior court and federal district court. In his career, Mr. Geiger has represented clients in both civil and criminal matters, but now focuses his practice on civil litigation, family law and consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Geiger also has experience litigating personal injury claims, trust beneficiary claims, multi-state class actions, landlord/tenant claims for individuals and companies, and Fair Credit Reporting Act cases.
